The New ******* on the Block

On the 14th I have purchased a flight ticket for an amount of R 11 804 only to find out that those wonderful human beings charged me twice more, i.e. an extra R 23 600. Discussing it with them it was as futile as building a perpetuum mobile. So currently I handed over this to my attorney and opened a ***** case against them.
