Shocking

I booked a flight with the airline scheduled to arrive in Johannesburg on the 15th of May , suprisingly we were just informed that our flight was delayed due to the weather, suprising when we arrived in frankfurt nothing of that nature existed , only to be treated like ***s , we were told to book our on accommodation we will be refunded same day up until to date, I never received my refund nor my compasation , client services does not exist in Germany, truly if you don't need stress in your journey stay away from Lufthansa. My experience with them was truly bad .
