Refund of Business Class Ticket takes already 5 weeks

Cancelled my Business Class Ticket on 22. July 2021. Still waiting for my refund. Almost impossible to get through to the Service Hotline, today I put the phone down after 2 hours of waiting to speak to a representative. This is unacceptable; let's see if I can delay my payment 5 weeks on my next booking...probably not. The solution is simple, stay away from Lufthansa. Personally, I will definitely not put a foot on a Lufthansa or Partner aircraft. Wondering if Lufthansa will pay me some interest.
