****** by flight attendants on Lufthansa flight

I flew with Lufthansa on the from Amsterdam to Cape Town on the 1st and 17th of March. Lufthansa is the largest German airline and mostly Germans use it too. My experience on both flights was that the staff chose to speak German to all white people on the plane, and if they could not speak German, the attendants would switch to English. However this choice was not availed to me at all. The attendants from the get go spoke to me in English and when I responded in German continued to converse with me in the language. Even the attendants that stand by the door to greet everyone on their way in and out, immediately switched to English when they saw me, even though they had greeted the person in front of me in German and even reverted back to German for the white person behind me. This made me feel like a second class passenger, and like my skin colour immediately erases the slightest possibility of me being able to speak German. This, even though I went to a German School and graduated top of my class at the end of high school. This is completely unacceptable. Giving white people only the benefit of the doubt that they can speak a language that they sometimes actually cannot speak, as was evident. I sent an email to customer relations, in German, so there would not be in miscommunications about the event that occurred. I got an automated response with this reference number: Feedback ID ***4. After not having heard anything I proceeded to contact Lufthansa with the details I was given in their intial email, I decided to contact them again asking if there had been any progress on the issue I had raised. It's been a month and I have still not received a reply. This goes on to confirm that Lufthansa does not care about its black passengers and they really are merely second class passengers to them, because an important issue of clear ******/************** based on my skin colour. Instead of acknowledging my experience, and moving forward Lufthansa chooses to ignore it. Amongst all this, I'd like to commend and extend my gratitude towards D. Strumpp, the only flight attendant that never changed languages when speaking to me. It really was pleasant to be assisted by you.
