Poor customer service from Lufthansa

Refund required for return flight:London-Zurich-JHB Booking code:SDAPSW.My son was ill 8/1/2024 and unable to use the return flight.All documents have been emailed but I'm struggling to find someone to speak to and to see if we qualify for a refund.I need a direct email address of a person who can help sort this out.
