OFFLOADED for refusing to have my BIOGRAPHICAL and VISA page PHOTOS taken with a PERSONAL PHONE!!!

Good Day , Why is there so much POOR customer service at OR Tambo esp. an African to another ?? The mentality that another African can't simply afford to TRAVEL outside RSA.That he/she should be going to another country to do something *******. Why can't people just work on themselves and make their dreams come true?

I tried emailing LUFTHANSA directly about my poor customer service but as EXPECTED their email doesn't work. After my passport was SCRUTINIZED over AND ‘unidentified’ people CALLED to further SCRUTINIZE it , I refused to have a security guard by the name of MOSHE take PHOTOS of my PASSPORT BIOGRAPHICAL and VISA page with his PERSONAL phone !!!!As a result , I was offloaded off the 19:00 , 24TH September , LUFTHANSA plane by an arrogant and rude 'GERMAN Immigration Official' who OBVIOUSLY refused to give his name. There is just too much crime IN and AROUND OR Tambo for me to be another 'IDENTITY THEFT' statistic. What would prevent

I had very horrible experience with Lufthansa airlines on the 24TH September 2017.

I would Lufthansa to: • refund the agency that bought my flight ticket • compensate me for all the humiliation and delays I was unnecessarily caused • FIRE the RUDE AND ARROGANT ‘German Immigration Official’ at least from South African airports • stop treating ‘certain people’ like they are all ********* and /or stop selling them your plane tickets

I am writing to your organization w.r.t to some poor customer service I was given. I was seriously bul**** and humiliated by a man who referred to himself as a ‘German Immigration Official’ on the 24th September 2017 @ OR Tambo airport. I can recognize him in a photo lineup and he was in the 19:00 flight on that day. He arrogantly and rudely refused to give me his name. To proof that that guy had his own ISSUES, I changed boarding gates and went where the security personnel didn’t know about his previous actions. And, YES, I managed to check-in and go all the way to the boarding gate UNTIL that ‘German Immigration Official’ arrived and started bullying me again. I also noticed that all those security guards and boarding gate officials SUCKED up to him which made me feel sorry for all them since he is not their boss but he rules them. He seemed to me like a person who doesn’t have much going on in his life. He struck me as a person who loves power but never got the chance until now . That guy is not SUPPOSED TO BE IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE post because he treats ‘certain’ customers with DISRESPECT. I was OFFLOADED cause he profiled me into a person who was trying to get into Germany as an asylum seeker. I just don’t know why he believes that ‘certain people’ TRANSITING THROUGH GERMANY are trying to get into Germany *******ly. That to me proves that his thinking process is really flawed and he doesn’t deserve to be in that post. Lufthansa is a very EXPENSIVE AIRLINE, why would a person purchase such an expensive ticket to try and get into Germany *******ly. There are many airlines that are cheaper and many other affordable ways to get into a country *******ly. An ******* immigrant is not going to PURCHASE an expensive ticket cause that will be the money he/she will need to survive once in that foreign country. I literally had 2 ‘FILLED-TO-CAPACITY’ checked-in baggage at the airport. Why would an ******* immigrant take all that stuff when he/she clearly doesn’t know what would happen after they arrive in the foreign country? Why carry ALL my valuables to lose them. While transiting through a country, I am not even allowed to leave the airport so his ACTIONS were really uncalled for. Germany is not the best country to live in and as a result I have never been interested in RELOCATING to the country. I have personally considered a lot of countries for SHORT-TERM STAYS BUT NEVER GERMANY.

The security official by the name of Moshe/Moshe who was doing all the SUCKING UP (which explains why he is a supervisor) went as far as telling me that all African passports are being scrutinized which didn’t make sense because I stood there for over 20 minutes and saw ALL WHITE South African passport not going through such scrutiny.

I have been to many different countries and places where I was the only African and have never been treated like that. If a passenger has all the REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND NOTHING ******* in their bags why would somebody want to submit them to such ABUSE ?

Maybe Lufthansa should just stop selling air tickets to Africans since all of us are suspected ******* immigrants to Germany.
