Non service and inefficiency

5 weeks ago flew business class Cape Town to Frankfurt. Misplaced my phone and glasses and both fell where the tray table is. Stewards, purser, myself and other passengers seen both but we could not get our hands in to retrieve. Purser said no worry the technical team will get it out and it will be returned. Now 5 weeks later still nothing found which highlights how inefficient and dishonest the staff is. We will never fly with this airline ever again. If this is the way they treat business class passengers no hope for anyone else if things go wrong. What you heard about Deutsche Grüntlichkeit….that is all gone in Lufthansa today.
