No answer! Ticket expires today and just no one to assist.

I have called Lufthansa 11 times for a hold and rebooking which can only be done telephonically and not via their bot. Each attempt lasted more than an hour with no answer. The opportunity to rebook, expires today and there is no answer. Ref RTQIDR. This is very disturbing that some functions can only be done telephonically and then no answer, with no online support. Please add more call centre agents!
