Missing girl because of negligence by Lufthansa airline

on the 06 October 2022 my little sister depart from Durban International airport to O R tambo to connect a flight to Frankfurt. she was supposed to take a flight from O R tambo international airport ( Lufthansa airline )to Frankfurt Germany at 19h00. Lufthansa then cancelled the flight with a reason being "the flight had no water"No accommodation was provided to passengers especially that do not originate from Johannesburg. As we speak I cant find my sister I don't know if she is safe or not and Lufthansa cant assist me in finding her.
