Misled and *****ed over

I called to change my gran's flight- I was quoted 4300, I accepted the quote, but my mother questioned the price as we were quoted Eur130 for the change. At this point the call center agent said I cannot refuse payment as the flight will be cancelled, I was backed into a corner and was not told this would happen!! This is unfair and unprofessional.<br> Once the flight details were sent through, I noticed this price was in PLN AND NOT IN ZAR???! I called the South African call center! Why the hell would you quote me in foreign currency and not say so! What pathetic pathetic service, now I have to fork out more than the price of a ticket compared to the initial EUR130. Lufthansa you are ******* and do not provide people with full information to make an educated decision!
