Minus ten

My wife was refused to board the plane in Warsaw although she had a valid permanent residence permit. They insisted that it had expired. This forced my wife to go back to her war torn country Ukraine. I flew over to Poland to console her and we flew back with another airline. I tried to have the flight reimbursed through their customer service channel but it was clear to me that they were not interested. I then contacted the ombudsman in Poland was extremely helpful. They forced Lufthansa to pay back the money. I am extremely disappointed how this whole situation was handled and that they never admitted wrongdoing. We will never recommend or fly Lufthansa again.
