My debit card was debited without my authorisation ON 27OCT 18:43PM from my standard bank cheque account. I received an sms for the ********** txn. See sms received. Standard Bank: R12515.68 paid from *** to LUFTHANSA JOHANNESBURG ZAF 27-10-2018 Query? ********** 107.

I called the banks ***** department immediately after receiving the sms on Saturday 27oct to stop the Card and received this Case no. **********

I received this response 29oct 14:38 Good day Kindly be advised the disputed transaction is on outstanding authorisation, we will monitor your account and advise once the transaction banks.

I reported the same to Lufthansa.. And was informed that they have system issues and they will in estigate and get back to me in 2 weeks.....

What a joke.....
