Lufthansa poor client service, and unreliable

Most unreliable airline I have ever flown with in 40years of traveling. Flights delayed, connecting flights.missed. Passengers ofloaded at midnight jn Frankfurt, Germany and no assistance from brown crew and staff.

Revooking 48 hours lager, with no accommodation and or or assistance what so ever.

Avoid using Lufthansa it's a rip-off if u compare what they charge and what they offer. Germany may have been known for precision, guess like mercedez-breaks, Lufthansa should be called Luf****eva.

There is No client service what so ever, and Od forbid you daee speak any language other than German. It's like you are back in Germany in the 1940’s.
