Lufthansa German Airlines

<p>I have tried for THREE HOURS to get through to Lufthansa and I have been kept hanging on for sometimes 20 minutes at a time. Their wbsite for complaints is not operational and I just cannot get through to a human voice! I did manage to get Shafiek on the phone from the Cargo section and his attitude was shocking.</p> <p>He would not give me a Manager's name and he would not give me a switchboard number.</p> <p>I have to get them urgently but I have tried everything.</p>
