Lufthansa delayed baggage

I flew with lufthansa from Dublin to Cape Town via Frankfurt on 27 June. I was on flight LH 576 to Cape Town and arrived on the 28th of June 2024, my baggage never arrived. I registered my delayed baggage and on the app it stated that they have located my baggage and that it will be delivered on Sunday the 30th, then it was changed to Tues the 2nd of July. Still no baggage and no further communication. There is no way of reaching their office, phone just keeps ringing and they do not respond to emails. I will never fly with them again.
