Lufthansa can no longer be trusted

Due to Covid restrictions we are no longer able to fly to Germany. Lufthansa did offer a cancellation option with a full refund within 7 working days. Now we are 45 days later and still no refund. No one at Lufthansa wants to take responsibility and confirm the refund.
