Lufthansa Baggage Claim Staff save the day

Returning today from London via Frankfurt two of our three bags failed to catch up with us. Other passengers arriving at OR Tambo had the same traumatic experience. The Baggage Claims section of Lufthansa were fantastic handling so many people so well. They spoke well and were calm under pressure. Well done young men!
