Lufthansa Airlines: *****ing money

Extremely unhappy with Lufthansa service and how they accounting for COVID refunds. I had a flight purchased during COVID when my flight was cancelled. I now want to use my credit and I can only book through their call centre where the ticket is double what it is online from what I see. I will never fly Lufthansa again due to this experience.
