Lost luggage and no support in foreign country

A word of caution to people travelling on Lufthansa. They lost our luggage which one understand happens from time to time but what is really unacceptable is repeated false information that luggage is on the next flight with promises of keeping us informed only to hear nothing and then, when following up, to be given further vague and misleading information.
