Leg Space *****

hi team, so I went to Europe for a ski holiday and ended up breaking my leg... 3 days after surgery I flew back with your Munich - Cape Town flight & booked I extra leg space with lufthansa. I paid for the leg space (2500 South African Rand) and when I arrived I was informed there is no leg space available. So with a broken leg I sat for 12 hours in your squeezed seats. This also caused additional stiffness in my leg which could lead recovery issues. I am going for a orthopedic review on Thursday to get more details on this. Fact is - this legroom system of yours is pure *****. So we app**** for a refund as you clearly need to release the money - still waiting for an answer.
