Lack of customer service

<p>I flew to Canada from south afr ica on 16th june 2017 and returned on 5th july 2017. On arrival at home found my luggage damage sent them a feedback about my luggage on 11th July and as of today 31st July 2017 NO RESPONSE and you cannot phone anyone just get told to send email. A useless bunch. </p>
