If you think SAA is bad, try Lufthansa

My flight from Lyon to Frankfurt was delayed and missed the connection flight to JHB. The airport Lufthansa staff was exceptional unhelpful, right-out rude and unfriendly. Was facing a 26 hour delay and no one at Lufthansa even tried to make it a little bit bearable. Was send from the one counter to the next and 2 hours later at 02:00 am went to a hotel. They did not even make an effort to guide me to where the shuttle transfer is. So not only did they not take responsibility for my delay they made me feel like I'm the one in wrong. Very poor airline with ********** food and service on the plane as well. Right through a pathetic experience and a service I will not make use again of.
