Flying with Luggage on my lap

<p>Thursday 23 February 2017 - Lufthansa LH 1114</p> <p>while bording the plane I see many people with multiple luggage items, some with as many as three large onboard bags or a guitar or such. When I reach my seat there is nowhere for me or my wife to put our onboard bags. I'm 192cm so infront under the seat is not an option. The flight attendant sugests i hold it on my lap. So the biggest passenger with one onboard item in a tiny seat now also has a bag on his lap. While passengers with multiple bags sit all comfortable with big grins on their faces. I thought the Germans were safety concious and law abiding.</p> <p>Why have rules when Lufthansa don't care about the rules. </p>
