First Class Ticket just cancelled...

LH is not able on dates and times originally confirmed, to fly any longer to the destination which we have bought and booked for. As a result thereof they just cancelled our flight on 20 Oct. 2020. But our FIRST CLASS TICKETS were paid already on 10 Feb 2020. After asking when we will be paid back as we have to re-book for CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR, they blandly informed us that the current waiting period for a refund is 8 -12 weeks. (By law they have to refund within 7 days). This left us speechless and shocked as we thought LH is a premium airline!
