Failure to reimburse as agreed on call and email for flights

Due to flight delays and management of al cancelled flight including customer service received and on board faults on a flight 07/12/2022 I was called then email for banking details on the 9th of December 2022 for an agreed refund to my ticket. I emailed them back on 09/12/2022 and 3 times after to follow up since there has been no reimbursed or refund made to date as promised 07/03/2023. They have no contact details and don’t respond to emails. Would not recommend them or their promises to rectify when they are at fault
