DO NOT FLY WITH LUFTHANSA!!!!!!

Lufthansa still has not reimbursed us after losing our luggage not once but twice. On the website it states it will reimburse is for buying the necessary things within the first week of losing your luggage. Me, my mother and my sisters bag are STILL lost and not with us. How is this good customer service. No answer on emails regarding the reimbur*****t. TOTAL DISGRACE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LUFTHANSA AT ALL
