Do not book Lufthansa airlines

I will never book them again! They are much more expensive than other flights and very unreliable. They canceled my flights 2 hours before the flight was due to take off. They booked me on a much cheaper flight with an 8 hour + waiting time with my toddler AND we’re not interested in discussion any compensation when I asked for them to refund me the difference in airline costs which was about R15 000.
