Disappointing

Travelling from London to Cape Town with my 8 month old son was told as I’m boarding that they do not have enough bassinets and that the baby will have to stay on my lap for 11.5 hours. After paying over R2000 to reserve the bassinet several weeks before I was told flight was overbooked and had to accept it by a very unhelpful staff member and with no compensation to date.
