Damage bag:pathetic service

I logged claim for damage bag while traveling with Lufthansa airlines. 12th December. Case number:JNBLH24277 which was opened by Patricia.i was told to take bag to Coachman gateway to get it sorted however was advised that they don't deal with lufthansa claims anymore. Patricia then referred me to contact ********** 846.Selwyn. I have been waiting and calling for assistance or to get some feedback and have not received anything to date. Selwyn last told me that he waiting for his boss to get back to him. So disgusting service from Lufthansa airlines. Very disappointing. Regards Charlene
