Covid **** refund Luftansa

I booked a ticket for Germany in January 2021 via Travelstart. Highly disappointed that the German borders closed due to lockdown the same day of my flight date, I could not travel. Report from Luftansa said: No refund if did not show. Which I obviously was not able to do because I couldn’t even get past check in point on Oliver Tambo Airport. We payed around R17 000 for that ticet and they are only able to refund R2364.00 in total.

I’m so dissatisfied with this I don’t even have words! Don’t book your Tickets with them. You never know if something happens that they will refund you even a considerable amount.
