Can't check in with Lufthansa

I am trying to check in for a flight tomorrow (5 Nov) and it is impossible. I have been shoved from Swiss to Edelweiss to Lufthansa with no joy. All want to do is book an isle seat as I have bad blood circulation. It's terrible service
