Cancellation fees ******ionate and terrible call centre attitude

<p>I inquired (luckily) over the phone prior to clicking the "refund" button on a 600 EUR ticket as the online platform doesn't specify the amount of refund one can expect. Extremely dishonest because when I called they said that this flight cannot be changed or cancelled without losing the entire cost of the ticket. The only money one can get back is the taxes (50 EUR!!). This is 3 weeks before the flight!</p> <p> </p> <p>When I asked how a big airline could do this (this is something typical of low-cost airlines), the lady at the call centre said she can't help and promptly hung up the phone. Sbsolutely terrible service that leaves me with no option!</p> <p> </p> <p>Lufthansa I used to consider you as a reputable airline. I could not be more disappointed. </p>
