Best Service from an airline

<p>Booked a flight to SA with Travelup. Route was London , Berlin, Frankfurt, Jhb. Got turned back at the gate due to lack of Visa.....turns out you can't pass through two German states without a visa. Tried to get a direct flight to Frankfurt so I could at least make myJhb flight.....that too was not an option due to some agent booking special. Called Travelup and their response.....sorry my friend you will have to get a new ticket. A whole new ticket to South Africa that is! There were two angels at the Lufthansa desk who were able to help me. I did not get their names but they were truly God sent. Props to Lufthansa for training their staff well!</p>
