Bad Service - Choose another airline if you can!

Last year, my family of 4 people booked flights to Greece on Lufthansa. Due to personal reasons my mother was unable to return with us and had to extend her stay resulting in her not using the second half of her ticket. I contacted our travel agents in South Africa and they told us we would get a partial refund from Lufthansa within 90 days. It has been 6 months already and today a Lufthansa representative said they won't be refunding us for a partially used ticket. I think this is shocking! For a company of their caliber, their service both in the air and on the ground is the worst I have encountered! I will NEVER use them again! It seems the only thing that matters to Lufthansa is your money!
