Appalling customer service

Never in my life, have I experienced such pathetic service, if you can even call it service!! Lufthansa Group, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Randomly canceling flights, then flights are delayed, finally to arrive in South Africa without luggage. Your ground staff at the airport's attitude clearly aligns with your vision - no service, ***********, pathetic!! Your desk staff conveniently assists with logging a lost luggage complaint and promises to trace the luggage and have it delivered. You have a number to call to follow up on the progress, to no avail. After calling numerous times, holding the line for at least 20-30 minutes at a time, you pick up the phone just to kill the call again!!
