Amazing Service

<p>I needed to add my infant son to an already complicated booking and called Lufthansa to make the changes I would need. Melissa persisted for 45 minutes without giving up to assist me in this request. She called me late in the afternoon to let me know that the booking had not concluded and that she had spent the day coordinating with the other airlines in order to successfully make the changes. </p> <p>Melissa is a true asset to your company Lufthansa and because of her efforts Lufthansa will be my first choice for future travel.</p> <p>Thank you again Melissa your effort is appreciated.</p>
