Absolutely no service Airline

Good luck getting through to anyone at Lufthansa. No one answers in Czech or their head office in Germany. I’ve spent 45min multiple times I’ve multiple days waiting for a call center operator to answer. I have an open booking which I’m tying to book. Didn’t think anyone could be worse than Alitalia but Lufthansa has taken that trophy.
