Sneaker dissatisfaction

Service at Lufiano is amazing so is their shoes since I own two of their shoes ,the problem is with the sneakers I bought and I sent them an email to share my dissatisfaction and they said it’s probably how I treat them and I argued how come the other pairs are still in good shape . And I I said in the email they need to look into this specific sneaker because my little brother owns one and it has worn out the very same way mine did.
