Bad customer service from Lufiano stores

I have bought shoes worth 2700 December 2022 on their website and they were delivered within 3 days and I loved the shoes which I then treated them special worn them on special occasions from December till July I have worn the shoes less than 7 times.

On July the 12 I wore the shoes to q dinner event when I came back as I was taking them off I realized the sole has detached from the shoe. I reported the matter to the shoe store whattsapp communication I sent them the pic I promised the shoe would be collected which never happened was promised I'd get a call from customer care which also never happened. I finally went to the store and someone only called me when I was at the store that they can only repair my shoe which I then refused because it will be degrading my expensive shoe and they said they can't help as that is the only offer they have on the table and must take it or leave it.

I am an unhappy customer and I'm really sad it had to come to this as I used to post their product to promote their shoes which I loved 😍 😪 but the service I got was very poor and so dissapointing
