******* with no etiquette

What a terrible excuse for an SME in SA. Ordered a dress, shirt and shirt for my baby. Due to an error on their part was told the baby shirt would not arrive before the function. Told them I had no need for it after the function and to rather refund my money. Asked for over a month for refund and kept being told I would receive the refund but unfortunately my money was ****** by them. ******* with the worst service.
