The sales person at Lufi-d polokwane is arrogant or rude

The service at Lufi-D polokwane is very poor, the sales person (Caroline) is forever rude/arrogant and she refused when I wanted to return a dress and the day I bought the dress, I saw that the dress was big and she kept saying it looks good on me, she suggested that I must wear the dress with the belt then after 2 days I decided to return the dress and she refused to take it back. I called Lufi-d head office to report the case but some lady kept taking my numbers to give to the manager and no one called. I called more than 4 times until I give up. I don't know if its a family business or they are all friends but they don't take people serious. I end up giving the dress away cause it was big. I am still hurt, after supporting them so much this is how they treat us.
