Pathetic service

Pathetic service, have been waiting for my order for the whole month and still not received. Utterly disgusted by lack of acknowledgment and professionalism. I haven't received my order and am waiting for my refund (which I can't say patiently) of course. The lady that answers the phone is extremely rude and thinks they are doing us a favor yet we are paying. She even had the decency to tell me to calm down, for what? When I have been waiting for my order for the whole month and being the one that is constantly following up?
