Order not delivered

I paid for a dress on the 26th November. On the 9th of December I followed up as I was told delivery is between 2 -5 days. They then apologised and said my order will be sent out same day. When I asked for a tracking number on the 12th December they just read my text and no response was given. A follow up text was sent on the 13th December which was ignored. I'm really disappointed as I promised my mom to get her a dress for a wedding which is on the 14th. She could've gotten herself a dress elsewhere but I recommend you yet you don't care about your customers.
