Lufi-d’s delivery and online order services is very poor

Ordered 2 dresses and 2 shirts from Lufi-d on the 25th of November and I’ve been communicating with them about the delivery since the 8th of November and I was told that 1 shirt and 1 dress will be delivered to me on the 11th of November, to cut the long story short I’m still waiting for the first batch of my delivery and what disappoints me is that every time I had to follow up with them, they don’t take a first initiative to inform you about the status of your order, they have beautiful clothes but their delivery and ordering service is very poor,I had to miss a function because the driver forgot to deliver my clothes, that was very unprofessional
