Disgusting Customer Service

I guess Lufi D is a ****. I should have come to read these hello peter reviews before engaging with her and her manager. I asked them to wash and resize my 22inch wig (not bought from their store). They damaged it even after giving them 2 chances to fix it (I got rid of the damaged wig. The manager saw the condition and I also sent a video to Lufi herself). To repair the issue they said I should take as many wig bundles as I want. They only had short bundles so didn't take any because I want a long wig. I have been patiently following up with them for FOUR months. Still no wig. They are now giving me a hassle.
