Worst service ever. Took my camera in to have the grip glued back on. They told me it would be done within 3-5 working days and they'll call me when I can collect my camera. Two weeks later (without any phone calls in those two weeks), I went in to enquire about my camera, only to find out they replaced the entire right side casing of the camera, without telling me or asking permission if they can do it. The initial fixed fee on my camera was R250.00. After they did the replacement (without informing me) I had the fork out an extra R1200.00, that I didn't budget for. Highly unprofessional and ********* way of working.
