Ludwig Greyvensteyn: Dishonest businessman

Mr Greyvenstein was tasked in 2018 to upgrade the plans of 6 units in the housing scheme: SS 163/3 Eldo Village, Erf 3865 Eldoraigne X1, Centurion. Each owner was responsible for payment of their individual costs as determined by Mr Greyvenstein.

I, SP Steyn paid R4526. 61 in full on 05 Apr 2018. Mr Greyvenstein disappeared with the payment and did not respond to numerous whatsapps and e-mails.

In Jan 2020 I approached the Tshwane town planning office and could talk to him with the help of the people working there.

On 22 Jan 2020 he came to my house to collect the documents stating what the upgrade entailed and promised to complete the plan. On 17 Aug 2020 I once again visited Tshwane town planning offices to determine if plans were submitted. Once again the same lady phoned him from their offices and he claimed that I did not answer my phone.

She saw all the communication on my phone and thus knew he was lying once again. He claimed not to be at the office at 10h00 when she phoned and that he would phone me as soon as he gets there.

I now want to lay a charge of theft. This man is a *****.
