Poor customer service

<p>I have recently purchased a Black current flavour Lucozade. On opening the bottle it had a terrible taste and smell. I contacted the customer support number and sent various</p> <p>e-mails, it's been nearly 6 weeks and nobody contacted me to pick up this product!! The contact number on the bottle stays engaged or is out of order.</p>
