Bad Customer Service

I bought a Pink Lemonade Lucozade Sparkling Limited Edition, and it did not have carbonation at all.<br> I complained last month and they rep**** after weeks saying I must take it back to store I purchased it from and they need to tell me what went wrong, so my reply to them was I don't think it is the store problem or responsibility to explain what is wrong with the product as they don't manufacture the product, and I was promised a rep to come and replace me once I told them that im putting this complaint to Hello Peter. Jemini assured me that she will make sure that my complaint will be dealt with and if not I must contact her back,which I did and know she is ignoring my mails and no one contacted me afterwards. it is now almost two months for them to resolve my matter<br> I'm so disappointed in the service it is really pathetic and unprofessional. This is the worst service ever got from customer service department and I want a manger to contact me since two agents failed to do their job latest Wednesday if not im taking it further than this.
