I have ordered from them in May, and I have only been able to get a order number from them, and the Post Office requires a tracking number. They cannot supply me with this, only that the parcel is in SA. However, all my calls to various departments are rerouted and I am told that I need a tracking number. Luckybuyshop should surely get a tracking number from whoever collected the parcel from them. I have communicated approx 70 times with them via email to no avail except that I must contact the local authorities. They say, "PLEASE BE PATIENT"What a bunch of ******. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
